Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion runs from October 6, 2006-December 31, 2006.
2. All entries have to be made on-line at www.crystalcoastncdiving.com
3. One entry per household. Submissions must be received no later than December 31, 2006 by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
4. One entry will be chosen on January 12, 2007 and notified by phone and email of their selection with official notification by letter.
5. Winner must be minimum of 21 years of age at time of selection.
6. Winner and their guest both need to have an Advanced Open Water Certification with at least 20 logged dives. In addition to that they must have dove at least 2 times in the ocean in the past 12 months.
7. Trip will need to be taken between April 1-August 31, 2007 based on availability at Olympus Diving and Atlantic Beach Realty.
8. Winner and guest will be provided free accommodations for 7 nights at an Atlantic Beach Realty property on The Crystal Coast.
9. Winner and guest will be provided free full day and ½ day diving trips by Olympus Diving.
10. All other costs for the trip will be paid by the winner.
11. Actual diving trip dates and accommodation details are to be finalized by the winner and The Crystal Coast TDA.
12. Offer expires on September 1, 2007
13. Each winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claim to be caused, by participation in this promotion or acceptance, use or redemption of any prize. Employees of Crystal Coast TDA and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies do not assume any liability.
